Privacy

The short version: this site only collects what you type into the booking form, and only to set up our call.

Who I am

This is the portfolio of Mohomed Rimzan, a software developer based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. I'm responsible for the information described here. You can reach me at contact@mohrimz.com.

What I collect

When you book a call, the form asks for:

  • Your name and email address
  • Notes about your project, if you choose to add any
  • The time you pick. Times are shown in your own time zone, which your browser works out. The form sends it along with the booking, but it isn't stored.

Nothing else is collected. There are no accounts, no newsletter and no payment details.

Why, and what happens to it

Your details are used for one thing: arranging the call you asked for. They go straight into my Google Calendar as an event with a Google Meet link, and Google emails you the invitation.

I don't sell or share your details, add you to mailing lists, or use them for advertising. I may reply by email about the project you described.

Services involved

  • Google Calendar and Google Meet store the booking and host the call.
  • Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service.

These companies may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this site itself, not loaded from a third party.

The live project demos run on fictional sample data. Some save the changes you make so they survive a refresh; don't enter real personal information into them. Each demo's Reset button clears your changes.

Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

How long I keep it

Booking details stay in my calendar for as long as they're useful for our conversation or any work that follows. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to stop using it. If you're in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Just email contact@mohrimz.com and I'll reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If what this site collects changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
